Given the current Government advice you need to note that your employees may not be recognised as Key Workers by your devolved governments.
The UK definition of key worker includes “staff needed for essential financial services” which could include insurance brokers. However, the list issued by the Stormont government misses that phrase from their definition. The Holyrood government leaves it to the local authority to decide upon who are key workers and many of them do not include our industry within the list.
